Management
The Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager have key roles at Dollarama by managing and overseeing the daily operations of the store, visual merchandising activities, performance management, recruiting and training new employees, establishing schedules, and managing inventory.

Team Leader
As part of the management team, the Team Leader and Assistant Team Leader provide support to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in overseeing the daily retail store operations. This role involves supervising, training, and motivating store associates, as well as managing operational tasks and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Store Associate
The Store Associate performs all general operations duties and supports the merchandise receiving process by merchandising products according to Company standards.
